COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Japan Servo KP6BM2-010 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Idc product line-up. Due to increased demand we now feature IDCNH315A18MF1MT1DB by Manufacturer Idc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kollmorgen Brand H232G0802 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as HFKP43ACVRSFS9C400 equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IDCSWDM3554T made by Baldor as well as the popular H90LB2 original spares produced by Motori-Bonora-Spa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HSM620B24 by Giddings-And-Lewis and HFKP43ACVRSFS9C400 spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HDS042W200NHS3201FW Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexroth. |
